About the Role

The Project Manager manages the execution of projects within STACK data center facilities, typically under the supervision of a Project Director. This role is responsible for day-to-day project coordination, collaborating with stakeholders on delivery strategy and project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage DC projects
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams
• Support project budgeting and cost control
• Prepare project execution plans
• Develop procurement plans
• Prepare and issue RFP/RFQ
• Evaluate vendor quotations
• Manage vendor contracting and procurement
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors
• Manage project schedule, cost, and risk
• Monitor construction progress, safety, and quality
• Collaborate with internal engineering and development teams
• Provide project reporting to the Project Director

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in construction management with a general contractor or engineering contractor
• Experience equivalent to site manager or construction section manager
• Expertise in architectural, electrical, or mechanical systems
• Experience managing schedules for large-scale construction projects
• Professional working proficiency in Japanese
• English proficiency is not required but would be considered an advantage
• Candidates who are motivated to develop their English skills while working in an international environment are encouraged to apply
