Responsibilities
- Serve as front-line vibe curators in high-energy, social environments.
- Create a welcoming experience for guests from arrival to departure.
- Craft cocktails and serve premium spirits with a passion for mixology and storytelling.
- Support bar operations by ensuring quick service and assisting the bar team.
- Prepare all types of coffee in a fast-paced environment, maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service in various hotel venues.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar 5-star environment.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-centric work ethic.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent presentation and grooming.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Availability to work a flexible roster, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
- A current NSW RSA.
