About the Role

Lead the planning, governance, prioritisation, and delivery oversight of Sydney Metro’s technology and digital project portfolio. Ensure programs and projects align with strategic priorities, delivery capacity, funding requirements, and organisational objectives while driving best-practice project and portfolio management. Oversee governance frameworks, delivery standards, investment decisions, and portfolio performance across a complex technology landscape.

Requirements

Experienced portfolio and program management leader.
Strong track record delivering complex technology portfolios in large-scale organisations.
Extensive experience in portfolio governance, project delivery, demand management, prioritisation, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
Strategic thinker capable of balancing competing priorities.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
Drive continuous improvement.
Ensure projects and programs deliver measurable business value.
