About the Role
Hargrave Technologies is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician who values quality, flexibility, and ownership. This role offers the opportunity to work on advanced Australian-designed technology without rigid production quotas or unnecessary time tracking, focusing instead on producing high-quality work.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated manufacturing machinery.
- Perform firmware flashing and updates on electronics in accordance with production requirements.
- Conduct functional testing to confirm products meet required specifications.
- Assemble electronics into enclosures.
- Accurately record traceability data throughout the manufacturing process.
- Prepare products for packing and dispatch in accordance with work instructions.
- Follow relevant quality, safety and production procedures to ensure products are manufactured consistently and to specification.
Requirements
- Experienced in electronics manufacturing, with the ability to perform core tasks with minimal supervision.
- Experienced assembling, testing and reworking PCBAs and electronic products.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Takes ownership of their work and isn't afraid to identify and address quality issues.
- Meticulous and takes pride in producing excellent work.
