About the Role

Hargrave Technologies is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician who values quality, flexibility, and ownership. This role offers the opportunity to work on advanced Australian-designed technology without rigid production quotas or unnecessary time tracking, focusing instead on producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated manufacturing machinery.
• Perform firmware flashing and updates on electronics in accordance with production requirements.
• Conduct functional testing to confirm products meet required specifications.
• Assemble electronics into enclosures.
• Accurately record traceability data throughout the manufacturing process.
• Prepare products for packing and dispatch in accordance with work instructions.
• Follow relevant quality, safety and production procedures to ensure products are manufactured consistently and to specification.

Requirements

• Experienced in electronics manufacturing, with the ability to perform core tasks with minimal supervision.
• Experienced assembling, testing and reworking PCBAs and electronic products.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Takes ownership of their work and isn't afraid to identify and address quality issues.
• Meticulous and takes pride in producing excellent work.
