About the Role
The Capability and Learning Business Partner is a pivotal national role focused on collaborating with, engaging, and supporting diverse frontline staff, including nursing and care teams, to deliver meaningful learning experiences and position St Vincent's as an employer of choice.
Responsibilities
- Own the scope, design, delivery, and evaluation of quality face-to-face and virtual Care Services learning programs across Australia.
- Facilitate remote, virtual, and face-to-face learning programs across national facilities, with a willingness to travel as required.
- Use best-practice learning methodologies to build engaging, blended learning solutions using Articulate Rise, Canva, and multimedia.
- Translate the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards into practical learning roadmaps.
- Coordinate the Care Services Mandatory Learning Matrix.
- Act as the Care Services functional lead/administrator for Workday Learning, building curricula, driving data quality, and managing audit readiness for ACQSC and NDIS frameworks.
Requirements
- A strong background in adult learning principles, instructional design, and producing content via authoring tools like Articulate 360.
- Prior experience in the health and/or Aged Care sectors is essential.
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, coach, and effectively engage with professional staff groups, such as nurses and care teams.
- Comfortable operating in a hybrid delivery environment, with the capacity to manage remote/virtual learning and travel locally and interstate to deliver in-person sessions.
- Familiarity with Workday Learning (or a similar major LMS) alongside the data literacy required to interpret learning analytics for continuous improvement.
- Pre-employment checks, including NDIS Worker Screening checks, are conditional for employment.
