About the Role

Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies for the Japanese market, utilizing various digital channels to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive pipeline creation. Collaborate with internal teams to implement integrated digital marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives. This role requires hands-on involvement in strategy, campaign planning, execution, and content management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for the Japanese market.
  • Localize global and APAC marketing strategies for the Japanese market.
  • Plan digital initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, engagement, and pipeline creation.
  • Plan, operate, and improve Japanese websites and landing pages.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with global web and design teams.
  • Plan and create content for the Japanese market, including blogs, articles, white papers, case studies, and slide videos using AI tools.
  • Localize global content for the Japanese market.
  • Develop content strategies with a focus on SEO.
  • Analyze and improve content performance.
  • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (Paid Search, Display, Social).
  • Operate lead generation campaigns.
  • Implement integrated campaigns combining campaign landing pages, emails, and advertisements.
  • Plan and operate email marketing and newsletters.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools for lead nurturing.
  • Segment customers and prospects.
  • Manage and improve campaign member and lead data.
  • Create regular marketing performance reports.
  • Analyze marketing data using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and CRM.
  • Manage digital campaigns before and after events.
  • Share best practices with global and APAC marketing teams.
  • Manage projects with design, PR, agencies, and external vendors.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience in B2B marketing is desirable.
  • Experience in creating content for Website, SEO, Content Marketing, Digital Advertising, and Email Marketing, not just translation.
  • Experience in planning and executing digital campaigns from start to finish.
  • Basic understanding of CRM/Marketing Automation tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.).
  • Practical knowledge of SEO and Content Marketing.
  • Analyze and improve organic traffic and conversion rates.
  • Improve user journeys and conversion funnels on websites.
  • Support data-driven strategy improvement and decision-making.
  • Set KPIs and manage performance for each initiative.
  • Analyze and improve Digital Marketing ROI.
  • Analyze marketing data using Google Analytics, CRM, etc.
  • Manage KPIs such as Website Traffic, Conversion, MQL, and Pipeline.
  • Native level Japanese language proficiency.
  • Business level or higher English language proficiency.
  • Flexibility and positivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with different teams and accept feedback positively.
  • Interest in both data and creativity.
  • Ability to identify and execute on challenges independently, not just follow instructions.
  • Proactive learning of new Digital Marketing Tools and AI Tools.
