Responsibilities

  • Shape and deliver complex and transformational change for clients.
  • Help clients tackle their most critical challenges.
  • Work as an integral part of clients' leadership teams.
  • Spend time on site with clients and colleagues.
  • Actively contribute to the firm's community.
  • Work flexibly to meet client needs, potentially involving some travel.
  • Lead teams in significant workstreams, projects, or programs.
  • Build strong and trusted relationships with Fortune 500 clients.
  • Communicate complex ideas persuasively and concisely.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Manage projects from strategy to delivery (preferred).
  • Leverage technology and digital assets for business change (preferred).
  • Manage project budgets (preferred).

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6-10 years’ consulting experience.
  • Reached "Manager" or "Senior Manager" grade or equivalent at a top-tier consulting firm.
  • Experience leading a team in a significant workstream, project or program, demonstrating strong project/program management and consulting skills.
  • A proven history of building strong and trusted relationships with Fortune 500 clients.
  • Adept at communicating complex ideas persuasively and concisely.
  • Exposure to technology as a key component of your projects.
  • A desire to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Achieved a Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education.
  • Located within easy reach of our New York hub in Midtown Manhattan.
  • Experience in end-to-end project lifecycle from strategy to delivery (preferred).
  • Knowledge of how to leverage technology and digital assets to deliver lasting business change by having led workstreams that follow the SDLC (preferred).
  • Project budget responsibilities (preferred).

  • $175,000 - $280,000 to start
