About the Role
Seeking an experienced full-time CT Supervisor to provide clinical education, training, and technical support to CT Radiographers. This role involves clinical and educational duties, supporting new Radiographers, trainees, upskilling staff, and optimizing scan quality, workflows, and protocols. The position is primarily based at Vermont Private Hospital with flexibility to travel to other CT sites within the Region. The role will contribute to operational projects and business development, including equipment procurement, workflow improvements, protocol enhancements, and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical education, training, and technical support to CT Radiographers.
- Support new Radiographers and trainees.
- Upskill current CT staff.
- Optimize scan quality, workflows, and protocols.
- Assist with equipment procurement.
- Drive workflow improvements.
- Support protocol enhancements.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize service delivery and clinical outcomes.
- Promote safe CT practices, standardized workflows, and excellent patient care.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in CT across a wide range of CT examinations.
- Experience training or mentoring other CT Radiographers or students.
- Experience with troubleshooting image quality and workflows.
- Ability to analyze CT services and operations and provide continuous improvements.
- Willingness to travel between regional sites as needed.
- Ability to work the required rostered hours for this position.
