About the Role

This role involves processing support requests and incident reports using a central helpdesk system, procuring, installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software solutions (SaaS, clients, mobile devices, etc.), and application support for various business applications. Additionally, it includes configuration and user management within Office365/Azure and other management systems.
