About the Role

This role is responsible for executing UTS College's AI SEO content roadmap to enhance brand visibility and accuracy on AI-powered search platforms and LLMs. You will collaborate with a digital agency to translate recommendations into high-quality content for the UTS College website and third-party platforms, strengthening the brand's authority and visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Translate SEO, GEO, and AEO audit findings into a prioritized content production plan.
  • Partner with the digital agency to implement strategic recommendations and bring the AI SEO roadmap to life.
  • Write, create, and publish new website pages based on search, audience, and business priorities.
  • Rewrite and optimize existing website pages to improve search performance, clarity, engagement, and conversion.
  • Support the accuracy and consistency of UTS College information across selected third-party platforms.
  • Produce video and multimedia content to support priority website pages and search objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to interview subject-matter experts for accurate information.
  • Conduct content audits across priority website sections and external platforms.
  • Provide Google Analytics and SEO reporting to demonstrate impact on visibility.
  • Work with students, parents, and staff to create content for marketing activities and paid campaigns.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in digital marketing, communications, journalism, content, media, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in digital content production, website content, digital marketing, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated experience writing, editing, restructuring, and publishing content for complex websites.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO content principles, search intent, and on-page optimization.
  • Demonstrated understanding and passion for GEO, AEO, and the impact of AI-powered search on content discovery.
  • Experience translating SEO, content audit, or digital strategy recommendations into practical content deliverables.
  • Experience turning data sets (including GA4, search, and LLM reporting) into meaningful insights and content recommendations.
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, video creation, and interviewing skills.
  • Candidates must have full working rights for this position.
