About the Role

Be a part of launching something new, innovative and category changing! We’re preparing to launch a new retirement offering leveraging Australians’ favourite asset. Drive the promotional go-to-market activity for the GTM stream, including launching the new proposition designed to be distributed through financial advisers, with a pilot → phased launch path. The primary near term objective is build adviser confidence and capability to meet anticipated client demand, while standing up the assets, enablement, and operating rhythm for launch and early scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for pilot, launch and growth phases, delivering integrated marketing and sales enablement plans.
  • Build adviser confidence and capability through targeted communications, toolkits, training and onboarding support.
  • Develop launch assets and customer journeys that drive engagement, adoption and commercial outcomes.
  • Partner across the business to manage stakeholders, governance, compliance requirements and project milestones.
  • Track performance and optimise activity using clear metrics, reporting and continuous feedback loops.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in B2B, home loan or super GTM roles (financial services or other regulated industries advantageous), with hands on campaign and enablement delivery.
  • Proven experience launching or scaling propositions through intermediary channels (e.g., financial advisers, brokers, or partner networks).
  • Strong program skills: roadmap ownership, dependency management, and stakeholder navigation at SteerCo pace.
  • Content excellence (messaging, sales collateral, long form + digital), with an eye for brand craft and consistency with positioning/TOV.
  • Experience working with and communicating to senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable interrogating data to inform decisions.
  • Track record of working effectively with distribution or sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
  • An open mind and big picture thinking, willing to push the boundaries and advocate for your data backed strategies.
  • Experience working within a cross functional team where you will need to brief our creative studio, media agencies, creative agencies and data and analytics teams.
