About the Role
Lead MES software implementation projects for pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing customers. Manage projects across the full lifecycle, including planning, budget, resources, risks, and delivery. Act as the key point of contact for Japanese customers, understanding their requirements and driving solutions. Coordinate internal teams, global colleagues, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery. Lead project status meetings, steering committees, and team meetings. Manage project documentation, reporting, budgets, and timelines. Provide technical guidance and resource management for project team members. Support customer proposals and presentations when required. Mentor and develop junior team members. Contribute to improving internal project management processes.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience in software or IT projects
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred
- Strong understanding of the software project lifecycle
- Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to identify risks and resolve project issues
- Strong business acumen and understanding of customer value
- Excellent Japanese and English communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
