Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily office operations within the Facilities Department.
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping of maintenance, repair, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for department leadership.
- Monitor work order requests and ensure timely assignment and completion.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and payment requests.
- Track expenditures and maintain financial records.
- Coordinate procurement of supplies, equipment, and contracted services.
- Serve as primary administrative contact for vendors and contractors.
- Maintain vendor contracts, insurance certificates, and service agreements.
- Coordinate department schedules, on-call rosters, and vacation calendars.
- Maintain employee records, certifications, and training documentation.
Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use office equipment for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital campus as needed.

Experience Level
- Minimum 3–5 years of administrative or office supervisory experience.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Education Level
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Facility Management, or related field preferred.
Salary/Compensations
- $32.725/hr. - $34.287/hr.
