About the Role

The Employer Super Product team is responsible for the product management, development, and delivery of the First Choice Employer Super product, targeting employers and their employees.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of product strategy.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of key product development initiatives from inception to implementation.
  • Act as the product lead and subject matter expert for product development changes.
  • Contribute to the end-to-end delivery of ad-hoc strategic projects.
  • Drive collaboration across business areas to analyze new regulatory or product development changes and design business responses.
  • Conduct research and analysis to understand industry trends and identify opportunities for product innovation.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across distribution, marketing, compliance, risk, funds management, operations, and technology teams.
  • Assist in managing all aspects of product management throughout the product lifecycle, including enhancements, regulatory compliance, and content.
  • Ensure full awareness and compliance with all financial regulations.
  • Comply with internal risk management and compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the financial services industry.
  • Good understanding of the regulatory and competitive environment for CFS's investment products.
  • Demonstrated experience in building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and sound judgment.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Full work rights in Australia.
