About the Role
The Employer Super Product team is responsible for the product management, development, and delivery of the First Choice Employer Super product, targeting employers and their employees.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of product strategy.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of key product development initiatives from inception to implementation.
- Act as the product lead and subject matter expert for product development changes.
- Contribute to the end-to-end delivery of ad-hoc strategic projects.
- Drive collaboration across business areas to analyze new regulatory or product development changes and design business responses.
- Conduct research and analysis to understand industry trends and identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across distribution, marketing, compliance, risk, funds management, operations, and technology teams.
- Assist in managing all aspects of product management throughout the product lifecycle, including enhancements, regulatory compliance, and content.
- Ensure full awareness and compliance with all financial regulations.
- Comply with internal risk management and compliance policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the financial services industry.
- Good understanding of the regulatory and competitive environment for CFS's investment products.
- Demonstrated experience in building strong stakeholder relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and sound judgment.
- High attention to detail.
