About the Role

The Bank Channel team within CFS Superannuation and Investments is responsible for product management, development, and delivery of key superannuation and investment products offered in conjunction with CommBank (CBA).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development through to launch and ongoing management.
  • Define and execute the product strategy to ensure solutions meet customer needs through research and deliver on CFS’s strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, operations, marketing, compliance, and distribution) and external vendors to design commercially viable and compliant solutions.
  • Ensure products comply with Australian regulatory frameworks, including SIS Act, Corporations Act, APRA and ASIC requirements.
  • Champion customer-centric design and continuous improvement, using data and insights to inform decisions.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the business to align priorities and communicate product vision and progress.
  • Support product governance processes, including product approvals, regulatory submissions, and product reviews.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure the proposed offer remains relevant and competitive.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the financial services industry.
  • Experience in Product Management or Product Development in the Superannuation and Investment Industry.
  • Previous experience in supporting the delivery of large strategic projects in a financial services environment.
  • Good understanding of the regulatory and competitive environment in which CFS’s investment products operate.
  • Demonstrated experience in building good working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Full work rights in Australia.
