About the Role

As a Senior Technical Innovation Consultant/Developer, you will design and deliver innovative digital solutions, combining senior software development skills with innovation, leadership, and customer interaction. You will translate strategic business goals into technical architectures and realize them as fast, targeted MVP solutions. You will also promote modern approaches in cloud-native thinking, software architecture, AI, and IoT solutions, taking full responsibility for solutions from backend to frontend and testing.

Responsibilities

Develop innovative digital solutions, translate strategic business goals into technical architectures and realize them as fast, targeted MVP solutions with development teams
Proactively work with customers on-site and at all levels, understand their needs, think ahead, and create excitement with disruptive ideas
Promote and apply modern approaches to cloud-native thinking, software architecture, artificial intelligence, and IoT solutions
Take full responsibility for solutions together with the team – from backend and frontend to testing
Identify new technologies and trends, maintain contacts with start-ups, research institutions and partners and expand the innovation network

Requirements

Excellent experience with modern technology stacks: Python, TypeScript, Node.js, Vue.js, Docker, Kubernetes
Experience with AI solutions (e.g. training LLMs, building RAGs) and independent deployment via pipelines
Mastery of the design of solution architectures and technical concepts
Ability to spontaneously and convincingly present new solutions to customers
Willingness to prepare complex technical topics within 2-3 hours in a workshop in such a way that they are understandable and ready to make decisions at C-level
Start-up mentality, high level of personal responsibility, teamwork & flexibility
Courage to think in new ways, ownership in the development process and team spirit in agile structures
100% onsite availability in Germany, customer location, high willingness to travel
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
