About the Role
Support the development and management of project requirements across the Sydney Integration pipeline, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, well documented, and aligned with strategic objectives. Work with project teams and stakeholders to capture and organise requirements, maintain traceability, and support assurance activities. Your work will create a clear line of sight between strategic priorities and project options/designs, and you will monitor requirement changes and their impacts.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the capture, documentation, and approval of project requirements.
- Maintain traceability frameworks linking requirements to outcomes, benefits, and delivery milestones.
- Support assurance reviews to verify completeness, feasibility, and strategic alignment of requirements.
- Monitor and assess the impacts of requirement changes on cost, schedule, risk, and benefits.
- Develop and maintain requirements management tools, templates, and dashboards.
- Provide insights to governance forums on compliance, gaps, and risks related to requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across Sydney Integration projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to embed consistent standards and processes.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in requirements management and assurance within large, complex projects or programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to link requirements to measurable outcomes.
- Familiarity with project governance, investment assurance, and traceability frameworks.
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and maintain consistency across multiple projects.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent industry experience.
