About the Role
This role supports sales operations for electronic microscope analysis equipment, focusing on tasks like quote creation, CRM management, order processing, and sales documentation. It also involves managing inventory, creating promotional materials, and organizing events.
Responsibilities
- Create quotes for electronic microscope analysis equipment.
- Manage CRM, including customer input, progress tracking, and market analysis support.
- Process orders.
- Prepare sales documents such as contracts and specifications.
- Manage shipments from the factory.
- Manage sales equipment and inventory, including demo units.
- Create and manage sales promotion materials like catalogs and brochures.
- Plan and execute academic conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and training sessions.
Requirements
- Experience in inside sales or sales (required).
- Experience with microscopes or scientific equipment industry (preferred).
- Marketing experience (preferred).
- English proficiency: TOEIC > 650 desirable (communication with UK headquarters).
- PC skills: Word and Excel required.
- Good communication and coordination skills, both internally and externally.
- Must be a team player focused on achieving team goals.
