About the Role
You will lead business process architecture, identifying and prioritizing improvement opportunities to deliver enterprise-wide operational efficiencies across NSW Motorways. You will drive the design, optimization, and governance of business processes in a complex transformation environment involving diverse stakeholders. You will mentor a team of analysts to grow business process capability and foster independent thought to come up with innovative approaches to problem-solving to meet project objectives. You will build and be responsible for maintaining an enterprise process library to support consistent business, customer, and community outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead business process architecture, identifying and prioritizing improvement opportunities to deliver enterprise-wide operational efficiencies across NSW Motorways.

- Build and be responsible for maintaining an enterprise process library to support consistent business, customer, and community outcomes.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in business process architecture, process design, and continuous improvement across complex operational environments.
- Recognized as a collaborative leader, skilled at mentoring and coaching teams and stakeholders to navigate change and achieve outcomes.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable organizational improvement and customer-focused outcomes.
