About the Role

This role is crucial for advancing our company's digital transformation by establishing a robust documentation foundation for future AI utilization. You will design and develop data structures and input methods to enable effective AI outputs such as difference extraction and code generation, contributing to the creation of a reusable document infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design data structures for AI utilization (structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data).
• Develop logic for understanding document semantics and extracting differences.
• Formulate design strategies for code generation and AI-driven automated checks using LLMs.
• Organize optimal AI approaches to achieve objectives like quality improvement and workload reduction.
• Conduct technical investigations considering trade-offs between speed, cost, and accuracy.
• Provide technical selection and design support from Proof of Concept (PoC) to operational phases.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of MCU development for specification understanding and verification.
• Foundational to practical knowledge of AI/data utilization.
• Expertise in data structure design, preprocessing, and input data design.
• Ability to understand document structures (specifications, design documents) and structure them.
• Programming experience (any language, Python preferred).
• Ability to compare and consider speed, cost, and quality from a technical perspective.
• Business-level Japanese proficiency.
• English communication skills sufficient for business (TOEIC 700+).
