About the Role

The Interventional Oncology & Embolization team is seeking driven individuals for a Part-time Clinical Representative role. This position provides case support for Cryoablation products within a defined territory, supporting physicians and the local sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a primary resource for clinical support in case coverage, basic troubleshooting, product usage, and customer training.
  • Attends cases in customer accounts and advises physicians on the safe and effective use of Cryoablation products.
  • Provides supplemental training and in-services for product launches and high-touch specialty products.
  • Assists in executing a proactive regional plan involving clinical, sales, and service support to improve market share and service quality.
  • Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative solutions or collaborating with other personnel.
  • Responsible for consignment inventory tracking, semiannual audits, expired product, and returns.
  • Ensures timely collection and reporting of all required medical documentation pertaining to procedural device operation.
  • Fully supports the Quality Policy by building quality into all aspects of work and maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent healthcare technical certification combined with work experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
  • Must be able to drive to multiple accounts within a geography.
  • Must be able to carry medical device equipment within your vehicle.

Experience Level

  • Minimum of 2+ years of clinical work experience (Preferred)
  • Previous experience working in Computed Tomography (CT), Radiology or Interventional Radiology (Preferred)
  • Foundational knowledge of medical imaging, especially within CT (Preferred)

Education Level

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent healthcare technical certification

Salary/Compensations

  • $45,000 to $60,000
