About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated Christmas Casuals to join our JB Hi-Fi teams. As a Peak Trade Team Member, you will help create and support a high-performance culture, ensuring customers have a great shopping experience. You will assist across various store areas, provide excellent customer service, help with merchandising, and support stock processing.

Responsibilities

• Helping across a number of areas within our stores from customer facing to back of house.
• Providing a high level of customer service including pre, during and post the sale.
• Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising products on the sales floor.
• Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.

Requirements

• Availability to work the peak period (ranging from September/October 2026 to the start of February 2027).
• May be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
• You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games.
• Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated.
• Customer focused and results driven.
• You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
