About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated Christmas Casuals to join the JB Hi-Fi team as Peak Trade Team Members. You will contribute to a high-performance culture, ensuring customers have a great shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist across various store areas, including customer-facing and back-of-house operations.
• Provide high levels of customer service throughout the sales process.
• Contribute to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by merchandising products.
• Support the efficient delivery and processing of stock into the store.

Requirements

• Must be available to work during the peak period (September/October 2026 to early February 2027).
• May be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
• Passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or games.
• Enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated.
• Customer-focused and results-driven.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
