About the Role

Requirements

Four (4) or more years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit leadership, community engagement, development, marketing, volunteer management, or related fields
Demonstrated success leading multiple programs
Supervising staff
Managing daily operations across diverse program areas
Experience working with families, schools, and community partnerships preferred
Previous YMCA experience strongly preferred
