About the Role
We’re building the future of fashion shopping with AI avatars, offering personalized try-on, social discovery, and interfaces that make shopping feel alive. We are a small, NYC-based team reimagining fashion shopping from the ground up, combining advanced AI research, meticulous attention to detail, and an intuitive grasp of contemporary culture. We are backed by investors behind OpenAI, Cursor, and SKIMS.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with founders and founding designer to bring an ambitious vision to life.
- Design intuitive interactions and pixel-perfect interfaces.
- Challenge design norms to craft memorable, delightful user experiences.
- Intimately understand user needs and fiercely champion them.
- Help shape our product roadmap and company culture.
- Tastefully express our brand identity through the product.
Requirements
- Shipped end-to-end at a top consumer/social company.
- Skilled interaction designer with a discerning visual design sense.
- Strong product thinker.
- Prolific at generating new ideas and relentless in bringing them to life.
- Experience designing for iOS & web.
- Experience prototyping fluid animations.
- High bar for excellence and unreasonable dedication to your craft.
- Thrive in intense, fast-paced environments with A-players.
- Self-driven, high-agency, and can learn new things quickly and deeply.
- Strong communicator with emotional intelligence who welcomes direct feedback.
- Genuine interest in fashion, culture, and avatars.
