About the Role

Mable is seeking a CRM Specialist to build and optimize automated customer lifecycle journeys that drive engagement, growth, and retention. This role utilizes customer data and behavioral triggers to deliver personalized communications across multiple channels, partnering with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to enhance journey performance.

Responsibilities

  • Create multi-channel marketing automation, including Email, SMS, Push, and In-app engagement channels.
  • Execute, monitor, and measure CRM campaigns and their success.
  • Collaborate with internal business stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of campaigns or automation builds.
  • Communicate campaign performance and results.
  • Optimize new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects.
  • Prepare variations for A/B testing and execute test plans.
  • Develop and execute personalization and segmentation strategies for key customer audiences.
  • Own lifecycle maps & process documentation.
  • Stay current with martech trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing, executing, and optimizing CRM Campaigns or Builds.
  • Experience working with various Marketing Automation & Customer Engagement platforms (Braze experience preferred).
  • Proficiency with the Google suite & online collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Miro, Confluence) is desirable.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of using AI tools to assist with everyday tasks, speed up execution, and streamline processes.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Passion for Tech and making a real impact on people’s lives.
