About the Role
The Associate Community Manager will assist the Community Managers with multiple administrative responsibilities and duties, providing extraordinary customer service to homeowners, Board Members, and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Provide extraordinary customer service to homeowners, Board Members, and vendors.
- Directly assist the Community Manager with community-related tasks.
- Assemble board packets, including copying, binding, labeling envelopes, and mailing when applicable.
- Update association portals with current documents, board member names and positions, community calendar, minutes, and email blasts.
- Communicate and coordinate with third-party vendors.
- Create monthly newsletters.
- Assist with the architectural application process.
- Create work orders for the appropriate vendor, follow up on status, and update system notes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1-2 Years of experience in an administrative role
- Extraordinary customer service skills
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in reviewing and understanding budgets and financial statements
- Strong organizational skills
- An honest, responsible, optimistic, and enjoyable demeanor
- Excellent computer abilities to navigate care systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic data-entry and typing skills
- Basic mathematical abilities
- Stable employment record
- Regular, predictable attendance
- Ability to effectively communicate in a respectful and positive manner
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Prior experience in HOA or Luxury High-Rise
