About the Role

Grow Therapy is building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven individuals to serve as a trusted partner for therapists and patients in the mental healthcare space. We are a technology-powered marketplace empowering providers, augmenting insurance payors, and serving patients, addressing the critical need for accessible mental healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a point of view on each health plan covered, including their behavioral health strategy, challenges, and potential for ambitious solutions.
  • Design solutions from first principles, encompassing economics, deal terms, volume commitments, referral pathways, clinical programs, and risk-sharing.
  • Build analytical cases, including opportunity sizing, economic modeling, and assumption testing.
  • Coordinate with Grow's leadership, operations, product, engineering, and finance teams for partnership development and execution.
  • Lead commercial structuring, including rate design, exclusivity, volume commitments, and performance economics, in direct conversation with health plan executives.
  • Build relationships with senior executives at health plans to enable ambitious structures.
  • Integrate Grow's operational, product, clinical, and finance teams into the design process to ensure deliverability.
  • Track partnership performance post-launch, identify issues, and adjust structures with health plan leaders.
  • Apply learnings to future structures and contribute to Grow's product roadmap and long-range planning.

Requirements

  • Three to seven years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, private equity, venture capital, or a strategy function at a high-growth company with a record of strong performance.
  • Comfort with ambiguous problems and a methodical approach to structuring problems before solving them.
  • Commitment to seeing work through from design to in-market performance.
  • Ability to engage with senior external executives and build long-term relationships.
  • Skill in leading with answers and building arguments for sophisticated audiences.
  • Consideration of second-order effects on health plan teams and Grow's operational commitments.
  • Proactive approach to planning and execution.
  • Healthcare experience is helpful but not required.

Salary/Compensations

  • Hybrid Commitment: $161,000–$215,000 USD Annually
  • Fully Remote Commitment: $134,000–$179,167 USD Annually
