About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Manager, Gaming Product & Creator Programs to invent competitions, formats, and experiences for NBA Take-Two Media's gaming team. This role owns the Creator League product end-to-end, designs creator events, and develops concise presentations for decision-making. Reporting to the Head of Gaming, the work will be seen by a live audience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for gaming product, inventing original competition concepts, formats, and creator events.
  • Serve as product lead end to end for the Creator League.
  • Build decks for executive communication with the Head of Gaming and COO.
  • Decide which creators to build around across our programs.
  • Serve as the resource for the sales team regarding gaming products.

Requirements

  • Five to six years of experience across strategy, product, and creator or content programs.
  • Strong instinct in at least two of the following: sports, creators, and gaming, with genuine curiosity about the third.
  • Ability to identify trending gaming creators.
  • Demonstrated ability to think innovatively about competition formats.
  • Proven ability to create concise and impactful presentations (3-5 slides) with a clear story, point of view, and actionable recommendation.
  • Experience owning a project or product from start to finish, including managing challenges.
  • Comfort with making decisions with incomplete information and moving quickly.
