About the Role
Winstead's Austin office is seeking a Legal Clerk to join the Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group. This position will primarily support the group's HOA Collection initiatives and provide general administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities
- Provide essential clerical and administrative support for the HOA Collections process
- Maintain and organize documents using document management systems
- Assist with correspondence, filing, and other administrative tasks
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1-2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Proficiency with document management systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
