About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Mailroom Processing Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting our daily operations by handling mail processing tasks, maintaining workspace organization, and ensuring efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment. Paid training is provided, and all employees receive a comprehensive benefits package starting on Day 1.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks and navigate computer systems as required
- Process, sort, and handle incoming/outgoing mail
- Maintain compliance with the required clean desk policy, at all times
- Operate standard office and mailroom equipment
- Accurately complete repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail
- Lift and carry mail trays or boxes weighing up to 10–20 lbs. as needed
- Maintain productivity and performance goals
- Support general office and production tasks assigned
Requirements
- Must be comfortable adhering to a strict clean desk policy
- Must be able to clear required criminal background check and drug screening
- Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Basic computer literacy (opening files, navigating desktop environments, typing/data entry)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Comfortable working in an office or production/mailroom environment
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 20 lbs. as needed
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
