About the Role
Accelerate Therapy and Performance (ATP) is seeking Part-Time/PRN Injury Prevention Specialists to join their team. Specialists will provide high-quality care and injury prevention services to client locations, focusing on proactive wellness and patient connection.
Responsibilities
- Engage and educate industrial athletes in proactive injury prevention strategies
- Promote a culture of collaboration and wellness
- Deliver high-quality, individualized care using proven protocols
- Efficiently manage time and responsibilities in a dynamic work environment
- Build rapport and foster trust among team members and clients
Requirements
- Active CPR/AED/First Aid certification
- Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) with an active state license and bachelor’s degree
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with associate’s degree
- Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) with associate's degree
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with bachelor’s degree
- Exercise Physiologist with a bachelor’s degree and certification from a reputable organization
- Exercise Science/Kinesiology background
- Personal Trainer with a bachelor's degree in exercise science/kinesiology or related field and a reputable certification
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Experience working with orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions
- Confident, professional, and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building ability
