About the Role

The Marketing Associate supports execution, administrative coordination, and performance reporting for an assigned group of properties. This role combines hands-on digital marketing responsibilities with data gathering, organization, and administration support, offering growth opportunities and the chance to share insights with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day marketing, administrative, and portfolio support across the digital marketing function of the CWS portfolio.
• Assist with digital marketing updates to property websites, ILS listings, creative assets, messaging, and other marketing channels to ensure strong market positioning.
• Support reporting, data organization, and performance tracking, identifying trends and opportunities.
• Serve as a dedicated marketing resource for an assigned territory and select properties, supporting lead generation, leasing activity, traffic, and occupancy.
• Coordinate with property teams, vendors, and internal teams to execute initiatives, manage timelines, and ensure priorities and deliverables are completed.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, multifamily, real estate, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties, projects, and competing priorities.
• Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to translate performance insights into actionable recommendations.
