About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Assume leadership for assigned accounts, guiding cross-functional teams and managing customer relationships as business partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive value co-creation and meet revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with external stakeholders within key accounts.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer business, including pressures, drivers, priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Maintain working knowledge of customer business models, strategic goals, and position within the healthcare environment.
  • Identify and qualify high-value opportunities by developing growth strategies and fostering executive relationships.
  • Conduct business coaching and strategy sessions with account teams to ensure alignment and growth.
  • Serve as the central point for account planning, strategy, collaboration, resource allocation, and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of field sales or account management experience.
  • Broad understanding of health system business, decision-making processes, and market trends.
  • Proven track record of accessing C-suite to D-suite decision-makers.
  • Ability to translate health system market knowledge into strategic plans with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to execute tactical initiatives, provide feedback, and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated success working with P&T committees, decision-makers, and influencers in Hospitals, Health Systems, IHNs, and large organized customers.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Self-directed and organized with excellent execution and planning skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a shifting environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license, eligibility for insurance coverage, and ability to operate a vehicle safely.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Must complete all fleet safety training and maintain an acceptable driving record.
