  • Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams on month-end and quarter-end close activities, revenue tracking, operational reporting, and high-level cash collections support
  • Support AR and business stakeholders with customer collections follow-up by helping provide visibility into outstanding balances, billing status, delivery validation, and customer-specific operational context
  • Support ERP migration and systems transformation initiatives across the organization
  • Establish scalable operational processes and controls to improve accuracy, efficiency, and visibility across revenue operations workflows
  • Oversee commissions administration processes and partner with RevOps leadership on compensation operationalization
  • Manage commissions processing across T-Mobile financial and operations tools and support organizations
  • Manage and mentor a globally distributed team, including coordination with offshore operational support resources in India
  • Partner with the India-based people manager to ensure operational alignment, prioritization, and execution across offshore resources
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Revenue Operations stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve workflows
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements that support scalability and operational rigor
  • Support integration efforts across T-Ads, Blis, and Vistar by aligning operational processes and reporting standards
  • Build strong working relationships with US-based leadership and operate effectively within a globally distributed organization
