About the Role
Become a U-Box Customer Care Representative (CCR) and local delivery driver for U-Haul. This role involves managing U-Box containers and providing friendly, courteous customer service. Experience a rewarding job and a caring company culture.
Responsibilities
- Operate a flatbed truck (training provided).
- Operate an 8000-lb propane forklift or a truck-mounted forklift (training provided).
- Load and unload storage containers for delivery.
- Transport storage containers to and from specified destinations, e.g., customers’ homes and businesses – local routes only.
- Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
Requirements
- Clean motor vehicle driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Department of Transportation certification
- Commercial driver’s license (CDL)
- Must be 18 or older
