About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to shape the vision of an agentic healthcare back office. This hands-on role involves deep customer and stakeholder engagement, alongside engineering collaboration, to identify and solve critical problems. You will have significant scope and resources to tackle complex business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap
- Establish a vision for AI's transformation of healthcare and Assured's role in it
- Become an expert in our space
- Decide on product development priorities for the short and long term
- Define clear product goals and justify their potential achievement
- Adapt to changing circumstances and adjust product direction
- Ship the product by working closely with engineers and design from spec to launch
- Dive deep into technical details to ensure optimal tradeoffs
- Ship your own PRs to build your vision or complete features
- Design and execute rollout plans, defining initial releases and subsequent updates
- Communicate product changes and their implications to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years in product management
- At least 1 year of experience at a startup
- Proven ability to ship product-shaping features (both AI and non-AI)
- Experience using AI in your own work to multiply impact (e.g., rapid prototyping)
- Stay current with the latest developments in AI and identify opportunities for incorporation
- Possess the technical knowledge for in-depth discussions with engineering teams
- Ability to communicate with precision in writing and verbally to diverse audiences
