About the Role

The New York office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a highly detail-oriented Rate Analyst to manage, analyze, and maintain accurate client and matter rate structures on a national scale.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the Firm and Rate Committee policies
• Oversee client rate increases, enforcing firm minimum rates
• Support re-opening rate protocols
• Conduct rate analyses and maintain accurate rate data

Requirements

• Working knowledge of law firm rate processes and legal billing systems (experience with Aderant Expert Rates preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
