About the Role
We are seeking a Client Operations hire to manage customer support, client operations, and product operations. This high-leverage role involves addressing complex customer inquiries, executing strategic tasks for clients, and acting as a liaison between Engineering, Product, Go-To-Market teams, and customers. This position will lay the groundwork for future specialized teams and requires a fast-paced, quality-driven individual eager to build the company's operational infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Answer how-to questions and resolve customer issues quickly and completely, owning them through to resolution.
- Coordinate with EPD on bugs, including reproduction, triage, escalation, and customer communication upon fix deployment.
- Develop documentation, playbooks, and product feedback from recurring questions to prevent repeated issue resolution.
- Manage strategic and complex customer-executed work, ensuring consistent high standards.
- Establish repeatable processes and quality controls for customer-facing operational tasks as volume increases.
- Support customers throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion, in collaboration with Launch Operations and FDAEs.
- Act as the communication channel between EPD, GTM, and customers for internal projects.
- Assist in shipping new features and migrating functionality, coordinating rollouts across teams and customers.
- Collect customer feedback on new features and provide rapid, high-signal input to EPD.
Requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining products to customers and bugs to engineers.
- Strong operational instincts and a proven ability to establish processes in nascent environments.
- High degree of ownership and ability to manage multiple functions concurrently, with proactive prioritization and execution.
- Sufficient technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with EPD, including issue reproduction, deep product understanding, and credible technical communication.
- Relentless work ethic and an extremely high standard for quality.
- Comfort and enthusiasm for operating in an ambiguous, early-stage environment and building necessary processes.
