About the Role
This role involves developing and growing a client base, introducing services, and recruiting administrative and customer support professionals. You will deliver outstanding customer service, provide career guidance, and participate in industry events to increase community presence.
Responsibilities
- Developing and growing a client base and new business opportunities
- Introducing services via video, telephone and in-person meetings with new and existing clients to expand the utilization of our services
- Recruiting, evaluating and placing administrative and customer support professionals in full-time positions with our clients
- Delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
- Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
- Participating in industry trade associations to increase our presence within the local community
Requirements
- 2+ years’ of experience in administrative or customer support field and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience required
- Proven track record of success
- Excellent communication skills
- High sense of urgency
- Ability to leverage legal experience to manage and grow the business
