About the Role
This role involves developing and growing a client base, recruiting and placing finance and accounting professionals, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will leverage your finance and accounting experience to manage and grow the business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities.
- Introduce services via video, telephone, and in-person meetings with new and existing clients.
- Recruit, evaluate, and place finance and accounting professionals in full-time positions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates.
- Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates.
- Participate in industry trade associations to increase presence within the local finance and accounting community.

- $54,500 to $71,000
- Salary is negotiable depending upon experience and location.
- Position is eligible for a bonus based upon achievement of performance objectives.
