About the Role

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in sustainable investing and contribute to innovative, sustainability-focused investment products, solutions, and services. You will work closely with the Sustainability CoE team, supporting research, reporting, and firm-wide initiatives in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and present research on sustainable investing trends and market developments.
  • Assist in preparing executive-level presentations.
  • Review business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, including leveraging AI.
  • Develop fund-level, holdings-level, and firm-wide sustainability reports.
  • Support coordination of team events and initiatives.
  • Contribute to external publications and thought leadership pieces.
  • Assist with sustainability-related research to support stewardship efforts.

Requirements

  • Registered students returning to school in 2026 in a related field (BCom, BA, BSc, etc.).
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, judgment & decision-making skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office, AI tools (Co-pilot, Chat GPT etc.).
  • Must be eligible to work full-time for the entire duration of the program (January to April 2027).
