About the Role

The Product Manager will own the Wolters Kluwer CLC Registered Agent and Service of Process product, collaborating with stakeholders to translate complex needs into scalable product solutions that meet customer and business expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Own products end-to-end, leading the lifecycle from discovery through continuous improvement.
  • Champion the customer by incorporating feedback, market insights, and business needs into product decisions.
  • Utilize AI and automation to enhance product discovery, requirements definition, decision-making, capabilities, and delivery efficiency.
  • Drive product strategy and execution by owning and prioritizing product backlogs.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, UX, and stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements and user stories.
  • Lead agile delivery by working closely with engineering teams through sprint planning and backlog refinement.
  • Validate and launch solutions, ensuring they meet customer expectations, business objectives, and quality standards.
  • Measure product impact by tracking KPIs, customer outcomes, adoption metrics, and delivery performance.
  • Provide technical leadership as a product and domain expert in customer and partner discussions.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment by partnering with Technology, PMO, Operations, Sales, Service, and Go-to-Market teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, technical product ownership, or software development within enterprise environments or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work US East Coast hours.
  • Proven ability to operate in distributed, matrixed organizations with strong cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience applying AI and automation in product development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, driving delivery from concept through release.
  • Proficiency with software development and product analytics tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, or similar).
  • Ability to travel as needed (<10%).
  • Must be available to work East Coast hours.
  • Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.
