About the Role

Oversee the aquatics department, including pool operations, programs, staff and budget management, swim teams, and special events. Develop, organize, and implement high-quality, member-focused aquatic programs.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
