About the Role

The Condition Report Writer will oversee the coordination and optimization of inventory capture across multiple storage and facility locations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory records capturing, declarations and effective collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, data-driven, and possess a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately capture and upload vehicle data to internal systems.
  • Maintain accurate and updated vehicle data in internal systems.
  • Perform vehicle inspections with major attention to detail to provide high-quality listings and minimize errors, cancelled sales, and arbitration.
  • Collaborate with the wholesale department to streamline logistics processes and ensure efficient vehicle movement between storage sites.
  • Work at storage sites, dealerships, and auction sites to capture vehicles in a timely manner.
  • Oversee junior vehicle capture representatives and shuttle drivers, providing training, guidance, and support.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail is critical for accurate captures.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable working 100% on-site.
  • Minimum of a G2 Driver’s License (valid in Ontario).
  • Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.
  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission.
  • Flexible to work over the weekend and rotating shifts from 8am to 6pm.
