About the Role
Banana Moon Day Nursery in Hounslow is seeking a dedicated and passionate Room Leader / Early Years Professional to lead our Preschool Room. This role involves planning and delivering high-quality early education and care, leading a team, and collaborating with parents to support each child’s individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the room team to deliver exceptional care and early years education
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities
- Promote the well-being and safety of all children in the room
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Support and mentor team members for continuous professional growth
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and nursery standards
