About the Role
As the Visual Operations Lead, you will implement, lead, and execute Visual and Operational Excellence initiatives for your store. Your focus is on creating extraordinary customer experiences through outstanding visual execution, driving sales as Leader on Duty, and ensuring operational efficiency to maintain a customer-ready store environment.
Responsibilities
- As Leader on Duty, lead the Sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, coach the team on customer engagement, empower individual goal achievement, and manage task execution, replenishment, and transfers to meet store financial targets.
- Analyze sales and product performance reports to make strategic merchandising decisions and provide insights on product performance and sales opportunities.
- Lead the execution of the rollout (floor set) process, ensuring the Service team maintains visual standards and championing processes for a customer-ready store.
- Make data-backed decisions around merchandising and advocate for product assortment and replenishment needs.
- Coach, train, and motivate the team through core values: People, Passion, Integrity, Innovation, and Teamwork.
- Act as a role model leader, holding the team accountable to workplace culture, values, and service standards.
- Partner with the General Manager and District Team Leader to escalate issues and address performance gaps.
- Prioritize feedback and recognition through real-time coaching and celebrating team successes.
- Engage in team selling and process execution to improve store and team results.
- Adhere to and enforce company policies, procedures, and Asset Protection standards.
- Act with integrity and do the right thing, even when difficult.
