About the Role

Fanatics is seeking a Senior Manager, Fanatics ONE Experiences to lead production for events owned and operated by Fanatics ONE for its most valuable members. This role is responsible for delivering exclusive events and experiences, including parties, sports hospitality, and the Fanatics ONE Premium Experience at Fanatics Fest, with the goal of growing these formats over time while maintaining high standards. The individual will own the event calendar, budget, production standards, and operating processes, ensuring efficient execution through documented plans and repeatable checklists. This is an operating role for someone with a production background who has managed large, complex events end-to-end and is ready to manage a portfolio, focusing on funding decisions, program returns, and scaling strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Own the annual calendar of member events, hospitality activations, parties, and signature events.
  • Maintain a live view of pacing against entitlements to identify gaps early.
  • Run every event using a written project plan detailing ownership, deadlines, and decision points.
  • Maintain project plans in a central system for leadership visibility.
  • Publish a forward schedule with locked milestones and ensure the team adheres to it.
  • Develop repeatable event formats into checklists for execution by VIP hosts or account managers.
  • Manage intake and scope rules to ensure proactive calendar planning.
  • Oversee systems of record for events, guest lists, assets, and utilization.
  • Conduct post-event debriefs and incorporate learnings into future plans.
  • Own and manage the events, experiences, and hospitality budget.
  • Track cost per experience and cost per member served, reallocating funds to high-performing initiatives.
  • Manage utilization of fixed assets like suites and tickets, reporting monthly.
  • Report on delivered value, costs, outcomes, and planned changes.
  • Own end-to-end planning and execution, including run of show, staffing, vendors, budget control, risk planning, and on-site command.
  • Lead on-site execution for major events, including the Fanatics ONE Premium Experience at Fanatics Fest.
  • Set and maintain the production standard for Fanatics ONE moments.
  • Lead and develop a team of producers, establishing clear ownership.
  • Maintain high performance standards within a demanding calendar.
  • Grow the owned event formats to reach more members without diluting premium quality.
  • Develop recurring event intellectual property for Fanatics.
  • Build a scalable strategy for the event portfolio.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in live event production or premium hospitality.
  • At least 2 years of people leadership experience.
  • Experience producing large format events end-to-end (festivals, stadium/arena activations, multi-day programs).
  • Proven ability to run complex work using written plans with defined owners, dates, decision points, and readable status updates.
  • Experience building operating processes: project plans, planning calendars, intake, production standards, playbooks, and systems of record.
  • Experience handing off repeatable formats to external teams for successful execution.
  • Demonstrated budget ownership, with a track record of managing to a number and defending it with data.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of events, including funding and cutting decisions.
  • Experience growing an event or program from a single format into a larger initiative.
  • Comfortable working with financial metrics like utilization and cost per head.
  • Experience developing early-career talent and maintaining high standards.
  • Willingness to travel and work nights, weekends, and event days as required.
  • Familiarity with ticketing and event management platforms (TicketManager is a plus), CRM systems, and Airtable.
