About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager II to serve as our Readiness & Activation Strategy Lead, owning the strategic connection between customer insight, thought leadership, field readiness, customer adoption, and business impact. The ideal candidate is an exceptional strategist and operator who can align diverse stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and translate complex ideas into integrated programs that influence customer beliefs, accelerate adoption, and drive measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Own readiness and activation strategy for priority Career Hub campaigns, translating insights, thought leadership, product narratives, and evidence into integrated go-to-market plans.
- Develop strategic briefs and activation plans that align stakeholders around shared business objectives.
- Lead complex cross-functional programs spanning Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Lifecycle Marketing, and agency partners.
- Build field and customer readiness through narratives, tools, content, and experiences that increase confidence, adoption, and value realization.
- Shape thought leadership programs, customer evidence strategies, and market storytelling that strengthen customer belief and support business growth.
- Define success metrics, measure effectiveness, and continuously optimize programs based on customer signals and business impact.
- Champion AI-first ways of working, leveraging AI and agentic workflows to accelerate insight generation, campaign development, content creation, measurement, and operational efficiency.
- Reimagine traditional marketing processes through automation and AI-enabled systems that improve speed, scale, and effectiveness.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, integrated marketing, product marketing, GTM strategy, or related disciplines.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience developing strategic narratives, campaign frameworks, and integrated marketing plans.
- Experience using customer insights and data to drive decision-making and business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience marketing SaaS, HR technology, talent, learning, or enterprise software solutions.
- Experience leading thought leadership and research-driven marketing programs.
- Strong executive communication, storytelling, and influence skills.
- Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and execution levels.
- Demonstrated systems thinking and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Experience scaling marketing capabilities through AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
