About the Role
Natural Organics Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for their Gummy Department in Amityville. This role oversees the daily production of gummy products, ensuring quality standards and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production of gummy products from base preparation through depositing, demolding, curing, coating, and packaging.
- Ensure batches meet quality standards and adhere to company SOPs, cGMP, HACCP, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor equipment to meet efficiency standards.
- Maintain required documentation.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- 3+ years of experience in a nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with cooking or gummy/candy processing equipment.
